I’ve been seeing Dr.Oana Ursache for a while now, and honestly, she’s the kindest and most patient dentist I’ve ever met. Dr Naomi and her team are brilliant.I'm a very nervous patient and thought I would need sedation, but the whole team were amazing and so reassuring from first consult right through to impacted wisdom tooth extraction. 10/10 experience rang on a Saturday and they got me in with an emergency app then followed up needing a root canal I was so nervous but they all made sure I got in and got it done to get me out of pain, calmed me down so much when I was there constantly reassuring me because I was nervous and it was great not a bit like what I was worried about. I had an incredible experience here, Dr. Hazem and the entire team were outstanding from start to finish. I came in with a painful wisdom tooth and was seen quickly with an emergency appointment on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. Dr. Hazeem extracted the tooth the following week with such care and skill, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The aftercare was above and beyond – they even called to check on me afterward, which shows how much they truly care about their patients. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dentist. 10/10 service!
